Rev. Ray Bagnuolo serves as Chaplain/Minister Director for That All May Freely Serve, a mission of Downtown United Presbyterian Church in Rochester, NY and a Specialized Ministry of the Presbytery of Genesee Valley.
Since his ordination in 2005 as an openly gay man, Ray has served Jan Hus Presbyterian Church and Neighborhood House in New York City as stated supply pastor and Palisades Presbyterian Church in Palisades, NY as interim pastor, also serving as hospital chaplain in Westchester County, NY. A permanently licensed elementary and special ed teacher in New York State, Ray taught in the public schools in Ossining, NY following an earlier career in sales and marketing. He has served on the board of More Light Presbyterians, presented at General Assemblies as Overture Advocate at General Assemblies, and currently travels the country establishing a network for chaplaincy services and advocacy for the LGBTQ community in the PC(USA). Ray is an avid photographer, amateur computer artist, and stage manager for the annual Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade since 1996.
