Reverend Dawn Roginski is an ordained minister with the ELCA and has been a pastor and a Bay Area activist for many years working for immigration reform, marriage equality and workers rights. She has served as a board member with the CWC for the past two years and is currently a Doctor of Ministry student at the Graduate Theological Union. Currently, Rev. Roginski holds the office of Associate Coordinator, Coalition of Welcoming Congregations at the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry.

Currently, Dawn is pastor at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity in Vallejo, California.
